Superfruit Açai Smoothie Bowl

A sensationally smooth and silky açai bowl with a generous helping of Greek yoghurt.

1. Prep

Slightly thaw the pack with warm water for a few seconds and break up the açai into smaller pieces.

2. Ingredients to blend

Add to a high powered blender:
(You can use frozen or fresh fruit – it’s up to you!)

  • 1 frozen acai sachet (100 grams)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 small banana

3. Top

Top your bowl with:

  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp plain greek yoghurt
