Thaw the pack in warm water.
- 1 frozen açai sachet (100 grams)
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Maple syrup
- Dijon mustard
- Baby leaves and pea shoots
- Broccoli florets
- Cubed avocado
- Plant based feta cheese
- Pomegranate seeds
Add the dressing ingredients to a sealable jar. Shake well to mix together.
Assemble the greens on the plate, cube and add the avocado and scatter the chickpeas, plant based feta cheese and vibrant pomegranate seeds.
