An açai bowl that’s topped with delicious fresh fruits and as easy to prepare as 1-2-3!
Slightly thaw the pack with warm water for a few seconds and break up the açai into smaller pieces.
2. Ingredients to blend
Add to a high powered blender:
(You can use frozen or fresh fruit – it’s up to you!)
- 1 frozen acai sachet (100 grams)
- 1/2 cup apple juice from concentrate
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Top your bowl with:
- Fresh fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 handful of granola
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 or 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
