Easy as Açai Bowl

An açai bowl that’s topped with delicious fresh fruits and as easy to prepare as 1-2-3!

1. Prep

Slightly thaw the pack with warm water for a few seconds and break up the açai into smaller pieces.

2. Ingredients to blend

Add to a high powered blender:
(You can use frozen or fresh fruit – it’s up to you!)

  • 1 frozen acai sachet (100 grams)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice from concentrate
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

3. Top

Top your bowl with:

  • Fresh fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 handful of granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
