1. Prep
Slightly thaw the pack with warm water for a few seconds and break up the açai into smaller pieces.
2. Ingredients to blend
Add to a high powered blender:
(You can use frozen or fresh fruit – it’s up to you!)
- 1 frozen acai sachet (100 grams)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup blueberries
3. Top
Top your bowl with:
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh pineapple or mango
- 1/2 of 1 chopped kiwi fruit
- 1/2 a passion fruit
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup of granola
- 1-2 tbsps coconut flakes
