Peanut Butter Bliss Açai Bowl

A peanut butter açai bowl bursting with bliss thanks to the perfect partner of peanut butter.

1. Prep

Slightly thaw the pack with warm water for a few seconds and break up the açai into smaller pieces.

2. Ingredients to blend

Add to a high powered blender:
(You can use frozen or fresh fruit – it’s up to you!)

  • 1 frozen acai sachet (100 grams)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries

3. Top

Top your bowl with:

  • 1 thinly sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup of granola
  • Dark chocolate pieces and cacao nibs
