Bursting with berries this super açai rolled oats smoothie is ‘oat-so’ easy to prepare and delicious to taste.
1. Prep
Slightly thaw the pack with warm water for a few seconds and break up the açai into smaller pieces.
2. Ingredients to blend
Add to a high powered blender:
(You can use frozen or fresh fruit – it’s up to you!)
- 1 frozen acai sachet (100 grams)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup oats
- 3/4 cup yoghurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 small bananas
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
3. Top
Top your bowl with:
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 1/2 cup of granola
- 1 tbsp of coconut flakes
